Issues to be mediated[edit]

Primary issues (added by the filing party)
  1. Is the information in the article accurate?
  2. W'hether the apellations "Team Anna" and "India Against Corruption" unambiguously refer to the same entity or not
  3. Whether defamatory / disparaging statements emanating from misuse of the India Against Corruption's title(s) by third parties should be associated with the actual India Against Corruption movement in Wikipedia's article(s), or if these should be taken to articles on Anna Hazare, Team Anna, Jantantra Morcha etc. ?
  4. Are the citations in the article reliable?
Additional issues (added by other parties)
  • In the event that the organisations are deemed to be distinct, whether the one rarely referred to in reliable sources meets our notability guidelines. - Sitush (talk) 04:30, 3 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Additional issue 2

Decision of the Mediation Committee[edit]

  • Accept. This case may proceed provided all parties are willing to abide by Wikipedia policies and engage in mediation in good faith. It is noted that one of the parties is an anonymous IP directly involved with India Against Corruption. This party considers it a conflict of interest to edit the article. • I will take this case. Please join me on the talk page. Sunray (talk) 05:59, 16 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
