Description
English: San shamans known as !gi:ten in |Xam use coloured ladders or threads of light to climb up to journey to first creation to heal the sick and make rain. We will climb these ladders only the strongest and most potent healers, men or women, are able to pull needles or disease out of patients. The |Xam called these out-of-body journeys |xãũ. The healer summons potency from strong things, such as the eland.
